do i need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No referral is needed to book with us — you can contact us directly. Note that some Extended Health Care plans may require a referral, so check with your GP if you're planning to use one.
how long is a physiotherapy appointment?
Initial and follow-up physiotherapy appointments are 30 minutes. Pelvic health initials are 60 minutes with subsequent treatments being 30 minutes.

when can i start physiotherapy after an injury?
It depends on the injury, but in many cases earlier is better. Get in touch and we can advise you on the right time to start.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy focuses on the muscles, ligaments, and tissues of the pelvic region. It can help with a wide range of concerns including bladder and bowel issues, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pre and postnatal care.

We recommend coming in around 6 weeks postpartum, but every birth is different. Get in touch and we can advise you based on your individual situation.

Completely — and you wouldn't be the first. Our pelvic health physio creates a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free space. Nothing will happen without your full understanding and consent, and you're always in control.
