brooke dumont, pt
Hi! I'm Brooke, one of the co-founders and physiotherapist at TMC.
I have been practicing as a physiotherapist in the Niagara region for over nine years. I completed my undergraduate degree at Queen’s University and earned my Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2011.
As a passionate runner, my appreciation for human movement and physical fitness has shaped my approach to physiotherapy. I strongly believe that continuing education is essential to providing high-quality care and am committed to staying current with evidence-based practices. In addition to physiotherapy, I specialize in pelvic floor physiotherapy and acupuncture, allowing me to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
My treatment style emphasizes one-on-one, hands-on assessment and treatment, with a focus on functional mobility and active rehabilitation to help clients return to the activities they enjoy.

Lauren hastey
Hi! I’m Lauren, co-founder and certified Pilates instructor of TMC.
After a life-altering back strain forced me to pause my active lifestyle, I turned to Pilates as a way to rehabilitate and rebuild my body. Through low-impact, resistance-based movement, I was able to heal, regain strength, and return to the activities I love. What began as recovery soon grew into a deep passion for Pilates and its ability to create lasting strength, balance, and mindful movement.
I’m fully certified in both reformer and mat Pilates, with additional training in pre- and postnatal Pilates, allowing me to safely support clients through all stages of life. My approach is rooted in a deep belief in the transformative power of movement and the importance of building strength with intention.
In my spare time, I love walking my dogs, playing baseball, volleyball, and golf, and continually learning about the human body and movement. I’m always curious about how we move, adapt, and build strength in sustainable ways.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you

AMBER FRENCH
Hi! I'm Amber. I’m a Pilates instructor with over 16 years of dance experience, including years spent assisting and teaching younger dancers. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and Pilates became a natural extension of that passion through its focus on strength, control, and mindful movement.
I recently graduated from University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and am currently pursuing a future in veterinary medicine. Along the way, I discovered a genuine passion for Pilates and the positive impact it can have on both physical and mental well-being.
My classes focus on building strength, confidence, and body awareness in a supportive and uplifting environment. Outside the studio, I volunteer with animals and foster puppies through Niagara Dog Rescue.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, my goal is to help you feel strong, supported, and empowered in every class.

paris perron
Hi! I'm Paris. My movement journey began in the gymnastics world, where I trained competitively for 7 years and spent 5 years coaching. Those experiences sparked my passion for body awareness, discipline, and intentional movement, eventually leading me to yoga and Pilates.
I recently completed my degree in Kinesiology at Brock University, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and mindful movement. I’ve since completed both my mat and reformer Pilates training and am classically trained, with a strong appreciation for alignment, breath work, and the small details that make a big impact.
My classes focus on helping clients feel connected to their bodies while building strength, confidence, and purposeful movement that supports them through all stages of life.

donna st. hilaire
Hi! I'm Donna. I bring a thoughtful and intentional approach to teaching, blending strong technical foundations with a deep respect for each individual’s body. My classes focus on proper alignment, mindful movement, and breath awareness to help build strength, mobility, and confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment.
My background in wellness and functional movement has shaped the way I teach, and what I love most about Pilates is its ability to transform not only the body, but also the mind-body connection. I’m passionate about helping clients move with purpose, feel empowered, and enjoy the process along the way.
I also love music! It’s a huge source of motivation for me, and I enjoy bringing that energy into class with playlists that encourage you to move, flow, and maybe even sing along a little.

Ella muraca
Hi! I’m Ella, and I’m back after spending several years living in Australia, where I taught reformer Pilates while traveling and continuing my studies. My time abroad deepened my love for movement, wellness, and helping others feel strong, capable, and connected in their bodies.
I enjoy teaching a variety of classes with a dynamic and energizing approach. With a background in therapeutic recreation, I also have a strong appreciation for rehabilitation-focused movement and the restorative benefits of Pilates. I love supporting clients as they build strength, mobility, and confidence in a way that feels both challenging and supportive.
I love Pilates because it feels like both a workout and a full-body reset. You leave feeling rejuvenated, stronger, and calm all at once. There’s truly nothing like it, and it’s amazing for all ages and abilities!
Outside the studio, I’m an adventurous spirit who loves the outdoors. I’m a certified advanced diver and have explored dive sites around Australia, and I also enjoy skiing, snowblading, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time on mountain trails by bike or on foot.
