Rehabilitation Pilates bridges the gap between physiotherapy and traditional group classes, offering targeted, small-group sessions designed for injury recovery and movement retraining. Guided by clinical expertise, these sessions focus on restoring strength, control, and confidence in a supportive and progressive environment.

Build strength, stability, and control through our Reformer Pilates classes. Using the precision and resistance of the reformer, these small-group sessions focus on alignment, core integration, and full-body conditioning in a supportive, expertly guided environment.

Grounded in control and precision, our Mat Pilates classes at TMC focus on building deep core strength, mobility, and full-body coordination using body weight resistance. These thoughtfully structured sessions emphasize alignment, breath, and technique, creating a challenging yet accessible practice for all levels.
