Choose from class packs, memberships, and private session options that provide access to Pilates classes, rehabilitation services, and personalized care. Our memberships are designed to offer consistency, value, and support—making it easy to prioritize your health and build strength over time.

HST is applied where required in accordance with Ontario regulations.

 

Physiotherapy services are provided by a registered practitioner, and official receipts will be issued for submission to your extended health benefits provider. We do not offer direct billing; clients are responsible for submitting receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement. All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file.

 

All Pilates memberships are billed monthly and require a valid credit card on file. Payments are processed automatically on the designated billing date and are subject to our cancellation policy.

 

Class packs and single sessions must be purchased prior to booking. A valid package or membership must be active on your account in order to reserve a class. Class packs expire six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

 

Accepted forms of payment include credit or debit. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We understand that life doesn't always go to plan.

For physiotherapy and rehab Pilates appointments, we ask you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours' prior.

 

For group Pilates classes, we ask you cancel at least 6 hours' prior to class. This allows time for waitlisted members to sign up for the class.

 

Late cancellations and no-shows result in a forfeited credit for drop-in and class pack clients, and a $15 fee will be applied for unlimited members.

We know that sometimes things happen that are outside your control. If that's the case, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we handle every situation individually and are always happy to chat.
