Grip socks are required for all reformer classes to keep you safe and supported. For all classes, just bring yourself, water, and good vibes—we’ll take care of the rest.
grounded
Start here. Move with intention.
A foundational class designed to build body awareness, proper alignment, and confidence. Expect mobility work, breath-led movement, and accessible sequences that lengthen and open the body. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a grounding reset.
*if you are new to mat Pilates, we advise you to participate in 4 grounded classes

build
Get stronger, day by day, week by week.
A strength-focused class using progressive overload principles to build full-body power and endurance. Each class layers new challenges, heavier weights, and intentional progression. You’ll lift, push, and perform movements with purpose — all while maintaining Pilates precision.
sculpt
High volume. Light load. Serious burn.
A dynamic, low-impact class focused on toning, shaping, and enhancing muscular endurance. Expect lighter weights, controlled tempo, and flowing sequences with high reps. You’ll feel the slow burn while keeping the movement graceful and fluid.
control
Power through precision.
A class built around controlled, powerful concentric movements. Expect clean reps, purposeful resistance, and sequencing designed to maximize strength without rushing. Slow, deliberate work with a strong focus on form, stability, and strength efficiency.

How to book your class
new to the studio?
If you’re new to The Movement Collective (welcome!) and unsure where to begin, we recommend starting with a Private Reformer session to get familiar with the reformer and take a small tour to see the space. To book, visit our Class Schedule page, select your preferred option (reformer or mat), and click “Book Now” to access our secure Jane booking system. You’ll be prompted to log in or create a new profile, and first-time clients will be asked to complete a short intake form and waiver before confirming your first class. These forms help us understand your health history and ensure a safe and supportive experience. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first visit to get a small tour, get settled and meet your instructor.

Build Your Practice
Select the class style that best fits your goals — whether that’s Reformer or Mat, or a foundational option like Grounded or a Build class. You can reserve your spot using a single drop-in pass, purchase a class pack, or enroll in a monthly membership for ongoing access. Memberships offer added value for those attending regularly, while drop-ins and class packs provide flexibility to move at your own pace. Choose the option that best aligns with your schedule and commitment level, then proceed to secure your booking.

Once you’ve selected the class style and payment option that fits your routine, complete your booking through our secure online system. Log in or create your account, activate your pass or membership, and confirm your reservation. We encourage you to review our cancellation and membership policies prior to booking to ensure you understand the terms. If you have any questions about scheduling or choosing the right option, please email or text us — we’re happy to help. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.
