If you’re new to Pilates, our introductory offers provide a thoughtful way to begin. These packages allow you to experience our Reformer and Mat classes while learning the fundamentals, understanding our approach, and building confidence in the studio. It’s the easiest way to step in and feel supported from your first session.

Every body starts somewhere, and we’re here to guide you. If you’re navigating injury, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or ongoing pain, booking a one-on-one physiotherapy assessment or Rehabilitation session allows us to fully understand your history and create a personalized plan. If you’re new to Pilates or returning after time away, beginning with a Private session or a few Grounded classes will provide you with the foundation and confidence to transition into intermediate group classes safely. Wherever you begin, we’ll help you move forward with clarity, structure, and long-term support.
